Acceptance and scope

By using this website you accept these terms. Website information is general and is not accounting, legal, tax or lending advice. A service engagement exists only when Adapter Servicehub and the client accept a written scope, fee and engagement terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate and lawfully obtained records, identify known omissions, answer review questions and approve any disclosure to an adviser or lender. We may rely on supplied records without independently confirming every transaction. Never send banking credentials through this website.

Nature of findings

Cash-flow verification is an agreed professional review, not a statutory audit or assurance engagement unless expressly stated in a signed document. We do not decide credit, guarantee approval, arrange finance or warrant future performance. Forecast conclusions depend on assumptions that may not occur.

Fees and timing

Quotes state the evidence, milestones, VAT treatment and due dates. Delivery periods begin when the required deposit and complete evidence pack are received. Additional complexity is discussed before out-of-scope work proceeds. Cancellation and refund rules appear in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design and review formats belong to Adapter Servicehub or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their records. Once all fees are paid, a client may use its final memorandum and schedules for the named application, share them with its professional advisers and submit them to relevant lenders. Alteration that misrepresents our findings is prohibited.

Confidentiality and privacy

Each party must protect non-public information received during an engagement. Disclosure is permitted where authorised, required to perform the agreed work, or compelled by law. Personal information is handled under our privacy notice.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent allowed by South African law, Adapter Servicehub is not liable for indirect, consequential or opportunity losses arising from website use or a lender’s decision. Liability for an engagement is governed by its signed terms and is ordinarily limited to the fees paid for the affected work. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties first attempt good-faith resolution; South African courts have jurisdiction where resolution is not reached.
