Privacy notice

How Adapter Servicehub collects, uses, protects and retains personal information during cash-flow review enquiries and engagements.

Responsible party

Adapter Servicehub is the responsible party for personal information described here. Contact us at info@adapter-servicehub.digital or Level 8, 52 Umhlanga Ridge Boulevard, Umhlanga 4319.

Information we collect

The enquiry form collects name, email address, selected review and the message you choose to provide. During an accepted engagement we may receive business contact details, bank and accounting records, transaction narrations, debtor or creditor information and communications necessary for cash-flow verification. Please do not submit financial records through the public form.

Basic server logs may record IP address, browser, requested page and time for security and reliability. Cookie choices are stored in your browser.

We use information to answer enquiries, quote and contract, perform the requested review, invoice, keep professional records, secure our services and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on consent where appropriate, steps requested before contract, performance of contract, legal duties and legitimate interests that do not override your rights.

Sharing and international transfers

Assigned staff and contracted providers may process information under confidentiality and security duties. Providers may supply hosting, secure file transfer, email or professional support. If information is transferred outside South Africa, we use a recipient subject to adequate protection or contractual safeguards consistent with POPIA. We may disclose records where law requires it, or to a lender only with client authority unless legally compelled.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Unconverted enquiry records are normally retained for 12 months. Engagement files are normally held for five years after completion, unless law, a dispute or agreed professional requirements justify longer. Expired records are securely deleted or de-identified. We use access controls, limited team assignment and protected transfer channels, but no transmission method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and ask about international safeguards. You may complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required by law.
