What changes a quote
The number of legal entities and bank accounts, transaction volume, foreign-currency receipts, cash sales, related-party transfers and the state of management records all affect review time. A short evidence call lets us identify these factors before quoting.
Our written quote states the scope, evidence expected, delivery date, fee and assumptions. No work begins until it is accepted. A 40% deposit reserves the review period; the balance is due before release of the signed memorandum.
Work outside scope
If records reveal materially greater complexity, we pause and explain the additional work. You may accept a revised quote, narrow the review or stop. There is no approval commission and no recurring subscription.
Travel outside the Umhlanga office, urgent work agreed within a shorter window and specialist tax or legal input are not included. VAT is added where applicable.
