About the practice
Measured review, plainly reported
Meet the financial review practice behind Adapter Servicehub and learn how we handle evidence, judgement and confidentiality.
Why the practice exists
Adapter Servicehub was formed in Umhlanga to help smaller businesses present lending figures that can be traced, questioned and understood. Too many applications begin with a persuasive forecast but leave basic gaps between turnover, bank receipts and existing commitments. Our role is to find those gaps before the credit desk does.
Relevant expertise
Engagements are led by Thandi Maseko, a chartered accountant with experience in SME credit files, management-account review and cash-flow modelling across KwaZulu-Natal. Work is supported by trained financial analysts; the engagement lead signs every findings memorandum and remains responsible for judgement calls.
We keep the practice deliberately focused. We do not sell loans, earn lender commissions, arrange insurance or accept a success fee linked to approval.
Our working principles
Traceability. A material number should lead back to a statement, ledger, return or clearly marked assumption.
Proportion. A single-site workshop does not need the same evidence architecture as a group with intercompany accounts. Scope follows risk and complexity.
Candour. Unsupported turnover is not made more attractive. A limitation belongs in the file where the applicant and lender can see it.
Respectful handling. Financial records are shared only with the assigned review team, retained for the agreed period and never requested through an open website form.
Relationship with clients
We work directly with business owners, accountants and independent finance advisers. The applicant remains responsible for complete records and the final application. The lender remains responsible for its credit decision. Adapter Servicehub supplies an independent, documented review between those two points.
